Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is an 8 week intensive course designed to transform your relationship to stress and increase your enjoyment of life. MBSR is not simply a course in learning how to meditate or how to practice mindfulness. Instead, this powerful curriculum leads you through a process of bringing mindfulness to the challenges of your own life.
MBSR is an 8 week course that Evolutions, a local health club, will host on Friday mornings at AAMC from 9:30am-12:00pm. This course will begin March 21st and end May 9th.

Workshop fee is $525. AAMC staff receive a discounted price of $450.00. This includes all classes, retreat with dinner, textbook, 3 CDís and workbook.
